Vridhi Soni is an arts-based therapy practitioner who believes healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are cared for together. She creates a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and explore their inner world through creative processes.

She holds a Master’s in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and combines her academic training in human development and arts-based therapy with perspectives from Applied Buddhist and Indian Psychology. Her experience spans schools, counseling centers, women shelters and community organizations, where she supports children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of emotional challenges and traumas.

Through a calm and grounded presence, Vridhi gently guides clients back to their own resilience and inner strength—offering creative pathways when words feel hard to find.

Client-Friendly FAQs

Do I need to be good at art to try arts-based therapy?

Not at all. In these sessions, art forms are used to express, not to test skill. There is no judgment about how ‘good’ something looks or sounds. You’re invited to follow your heart, play with different mediums, and let creativity gently guide your healing.

How many sessions will I need?

Evidence-based practice suggests that around 45 hours of therapy can support deep, lasting change. That said, every person and journey is different. Some clients notice meaningful shifts within 10–15 sessions, while deeper wounds may ask for more time and patience. Together, we’ll keep checking in on what you need.

Is arts-based therapy right for me?

Arts-based therapy is for everyone. You don’t need any prior experience with art, music, or movement. If you’re curious, open to exploring your inner world, and ready to care for your mind, body, and emotions in a gentle way, you are welcome here.
